HELPING NEW YORK ONE PROJECT AT A TIME
Upgrading your crawl space
Insulating the crawl space separates and protects the crawl space interior from outdoor conditions, keeping the space clean and dry. Neglecting moisture build up can cause rotting and mold, and can lead to structural problems that may extend to every part of your home. To avoid these issues a vapor barrier is installed in the home.
Heating systems cost
About half of your home’s energy costs are from heating and cooling. Having a natural gas heating system in the home is a lot cheaper to run than oil, more environmentally friendly and more convenient. A new high efficiency boiler can produce heat at a quicker rate, thereby lowering your energy costs.
Energy loss through the distribution system is a key factor to high energy bills. Many systems lose a big portion of the cold air on the way to desired area in the home when traveling through unsealed and uninsulated ducts. J Synergy will test your home’s distribution efficiency and fix the leaking ducts, making your system more energy efficient while saving you money on your utility bills.
